2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with cw66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Users under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any gambling activity on this platform.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Automated accounts, bots, and corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing cw66 account. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and update it promptly if any details change.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or court order that would prohibit you from engaging in gambling activities.

cw66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. If verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cw66 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cw66 does not charge fees on standard local payment transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are solely responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply to your winnings under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made to your cw66 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to your payment provider's own transaction limits.
• You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• cw66 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if fraud, identity issues, or payment disputes are detected.

Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through cw66:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches the payment method used to deposit. cw66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. cw66 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 1-3 business days, though processing times depend on the payment method selected.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be approved. Attempting to withdraw before meeting rollover conditions will result in bonus forfeiture.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cw66 platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit system features, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including match-fixing or arbitrage betting schemes.
• Registering more than one account on the platform, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise illegally obtained payment methods to deposit funds into your cw66 account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or cw66 staff members through any communication channel provided by the platform.

cw66 employs fraud detection systems and monitors accounts for unusual activity. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to freeze account funds, suspend the account, and pursue any available legal remedies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cw66 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, game content, logos, trademarks, and data — is the exclusive property of cw66 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the cw66 platform without prior written consent from cw66. Any unauthorised use of platform content is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

cw66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, which may be given by posting an updated version of these Terms on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Termination

cw66 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any funds held in your account at the time of termination for cause may be withheld pending investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cw66 platform that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be addressed in writing to [email protected]. cw66 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
